Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing home fitness essentials from us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns and exchanges work for our Pilates products, strength training equipment, cardio accessories, and stretch and recovery tools.
Return Eligibility
We accept eligible return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging whenever possible
- The item must not show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or improper handling
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, must be provided
Because many of our products are used for personal exercise, stretching, recovery, and body-contact routines, all returned items must be in clean, resalable condition.
Product-Specific Return Conditions
To protect product quality, hygiene, and safety, return eligibility may vary depending on the type of item.
Pilates Products
Pilates products such as Pilates Boards, Pilates Rings, and Pilates Balls must be unused and free from visible wear, pressure marks, stretching damage, or handling-related deformation.
Strength Training Products
Dumbbells and Kettlebells must be returned unused and in original condition. Items with scratches, impact damage, chipped coatings, deformation, or signs of heavy use may not be accepted for return or exchange unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Cardio Products
Jump Ropes, Cordless Jump Ropes, and Jump Rope Mats must be unused and free from visible wear, damage, or marks caused by active use. Mats must be clean and in returnable condition.
Stretch & Recovery Products
Foam Rollers, Massage Balls, Yoga Blocks, Stretch Straps, and Yoga Mats must be returned unused, clean, and in resalable condition. Because these products are often used in direct contact with the body, items returned in used, worn, dirty, or unsanitary condition may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Used items
- Items returned in damaged, worn, dirty, or unsanitary condition
- Items showing signs of misuse or improper handling
- Items missing original parts or packaging necessary for resale
- Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable promotional items if clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Returns sent without prior authorization
If an item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange request.

Please contact us at info@velliafit.com to obtain a return authorization and the return address.
Please do not send any item back without contacting our support team in advance. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions if your item is eligible.
Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange request, please email info@velliafit.com and include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the request
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know whether your item is eligible and provide the next steps.
Exchanges
We accept eligible exchange requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In some cases, exchanges may also be approved for other eligible situations, depending on product condition and stock availability.
Exchange requests are subject to available inventory. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@velliafit.com.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or another eligible resolution.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to our error, such as:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
we will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing your request.
If the return is requested for other reasons, such as a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required.
International Orders
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected countries and regions in Europe.
If you are requesting a return or exchange for an international order, please contact us at info@velliafit.com before taking any action. International returns may involve additional shipping arrangements, and return eligibility will still depend on product condition and approval.
Any customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, or return shipping charges associated with international returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Return Inspection and Processing
Once an eligible return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
After review:
- Approved exchanges will be handled based on replacement availability
- Approved return requests will be processed according to the solution confirmed by our support team
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak periods.
Refused or Unauthorized Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if:
- The request is made outside the eligible return window
- The item has been used, damaged, worn, or returned in unsanitary condition
- The item does not match the approved request
- The return was sent without prior authorization
- The item does not meet the conditions in this policy
