Shipping availability will always be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Restrictions

For safety, regulatory, and carrier-service reasons, we are unable to ship to certain restricted or high-risk destinations in Europe. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Crimea
  • Donetsk
  • Luhansk
  • Other regions where carrier services are suspended, restricted, or considered unsafe to operate

Shipping availability may change without notice based on carrier operations, customs requirements, sanctions, and regional security conditions. FedEx states that international services to Russia and Belarus remain suspended, and service restrictions tied to sanctioned or conflict-affected areas may also apply.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination, package size, weight, and service availability.

Carrier selection may vary by order and region.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During promotional periods, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

These delivery windows are based on commonly used U.S.-origin parcel and international ecommerce shipping services. USPS Ground Advantage generally delivers in 2–5 business days within the U.S., while comparable international carrier services commonly vary by destination and customs processing.

For Europe, we mainly reference the following major destinations:

For other supported European countries and regions, the estimated delivery time is generally 6–12 business days.

Free shipping on orders over $129 within the US.
Free shipping on international orders over $199.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the shipment confirmation email is sent.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at info@velliafit.com.

Split Shipments

Depending on the size, weight, or product combination in your order, items may be shipped separately.

For example, heavier items such as dumbbells or kettlebells may be packed separately from smaller products such as Pilates accessories, jump ropes, or recovery tools.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers and separate delivery updates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country or region.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
