Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with VelliaFit.

We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for our home fitness products, including Pilates essentials, strength training equipment, cardio accessories, and stretch and recovery tools.

Order Cancellation Requests

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@velliafit.com.

Because orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, cancellation requests must be submitted quickly after purchase. Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

When a Cancellation Is Possible

An order may be canceled if:

  • the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed
  • the order has not yet been packed for shipment
  • the order has not yet been shipped

If your cancellation request is approved, your order will be canceled and any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.

When a Cancellation Is No Longer Possible

An order generally cannot be canceled if:

  • it has already been processed
  • it has already been packed or prepared for shipment
  • it has already been shipped
  • tracking information has already been issued

If your order can no longer be canceled, you may still be able to request support after delivery in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

Product-Related Notes

Because our products include both compact accessories and heavier home fitness items, some orders may move into fulfillment quickly.

For example:

  • smaller items such as Pilates accessories, jump ropes, stretch straps, massage balls, yoga blocks, or yoga mats may be packed and processed quickly
  • heavier items such as dumbbells and kettlebells may also enter shipping preparation early due to packaging and handling requirements

For this reason, we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email info@velliafit.com and include:

  • your order number
  • the name of the item(s) ordered
  • a short message requesting cancellation

Our team will review your request and let you know whether the order can still be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the order has already shipped, the cancellation request will no longer be valid, and any next step will be handled according to our return and refund policies.

Refused Delivery or Failed Delivery

Please do not refuse delivery as a way to cancel an order without contacting us first.

Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address details may be subject to additional handling or shipping charges, and any refund may be adjusted accordingly where applicable.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact info@velliafit.com immediately. We will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@velliafit.com.

We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
