We know you are excited to receive your home fitness essentials, whether you ordered Pilates tools, strength training equipment, cardio accessories, or stretch and recovery products. This page is here to help you track your order status and stay updated on your delivery.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

You can use that information to follow your package and view the latest shipping updates.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, feel free to contact us at info@velliafit.com.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected countries and regions in Europe.

Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Why Has My Tracking Not Updated Yet?

In some cases, tracking information may take a little time to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

This may happen because:

  • The carrier is still scanning the package into the system
  • Your package is in transit between tracking checkpoints
  • There is a delay caused by weather, holidays, or high shipping volume

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

My Package Says Delivered, But I Have Not Received It

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package, we recommend that you:

  • Check around your mailbox, front door, porch, gate, or building reception area
  • Ask family members, neighbors, or building staff if they accepted the package for you
  • Contact the local carrier for more delivery details
