Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing home fitness essentials from us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our Pilates products, strength training equipment, cardio accessories, and stretch and recovery tools.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for eligible orders in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is eligible for return under our Return & Exchange Policy and has been approved after inspection
- The order was canceled successfully before shipment

Product-Related Refund Conditions
Because our products are used for personal exercise, stretching, recovery, and body-contact routines, refund eligibility depends on the condition of the returned item.
Pilates Products
Pilates Boards, Pilates Rings, and Pilates Balls must be returned unused and in original condition if a refund is requested for a non-quality-related reason. Items showing visible wear, stretching damage, pressure marks, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
Strength Training Products
Dumbbells and Kettlebells must be returned unused and in original condition unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products with scratches, chipped coatings, impact damage, or signs of use may not be eligible for refund unless the issue was caused before delivery.
Cardio Products
Jump Ropes, Cordless Jump Ropes, and Jump Rope Mats must be unused and in clean, resalable condition for standard refund requests. Used items or items returned with visible wear may not qualify.
Stretch & Recovery Products
Foam Rollers, Massage Balls, Yoga Blocks, Stretch Straps, and Yoga Mats must be returned unused, clean, and in resalable condition. Because these items often come into direct contact with the body, refunds may be refused for used, worn, dirty, or unsanitary returns.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- The item has been used, worn, damaged, or returned in unsanitary condition
- The item shows signs of misuse or improper handling
- The item is returned without prior authorization
- The request is made outside the eligible return period
- The item is marked as final sale, clearance, or non-refundable at the time of purchase
- The package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control

Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
To help us review your case, please include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact info@velliafit.com as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may be canceled and refunded
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request may no longer be possible, and the order may instead fall under our Return & Exchange Policy once delivered
Refund Review Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review it based on the order details, product condition, and the information provided.
If a return is required, the refund will usually be reviewed after the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for return inspection and refund review after the returned item arrives.
Refund Approval
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business daysfor the refunded amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Please note that actual posting times may vary by financial institution.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
- A refund is required due to our error
If the refund is requested for a reason not caused by us, return shipping costs may also be the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected countries and regions in Europe.
For international orders, approved refunds apply to the eligible product amount only unless otherwise stated. Customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable and may remain the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by our error.

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around your mailbox, porch, front door, gate, or reception area
- Ask family members, neighbors, or building staff
- Contact the local carrier for more delivery details
Refunds are not automatically issued for packages marked as delivered. If you need help reviewing the situation, please contact info@velliafit.com.
